Cities such as Durban, Mbabane and Pretoria are relatively safe. In all the time we have conducted training, there has never been an incident with our participants either on tour or at the accommodation as one of our office assistants usually accompanies delegates after lecture hours and sometimes on request at weekends.
The best possible option is to contact the Institution for quotes or to request the Institute to make a reservation on behalf of the delegates.
The Institute provides timely airport pick up to get our delegates from the airport on arrival and also to take them back at departure. We have a zero tolerance policy to delegates being kept waiting or stranded on arrival.
Delegates are advised to obtain their own medical health insurance from the local travel agent in their country of departure preferably in the agency where their tickets was bought.
All delegates regardless of course duration receive a brand new laptop computer or tablet in accordance with our capacity development initiatives and in line with our mission statement, “Excellence in African Development” We believe an empowered individual is a great asset to the continent.

Yes, this is possible. We can harmonize the delegate’s terms of reference with our course content where applicable. However, the amendments should not cause a significant deviation from the intended course. E.g. a course on Public Relations should not include topics on Financial Management.
