Participants are responsible for visa application, transport and personal insurance while in South Africa. Participants must ensure that they have valid passports and visas. Participants are responsible for the cost of visas, airport taxes, and excess luggage, private travels, medical expenses and private telephone calls while in the country. Passport holders of certain countries do not need a visa to travel to South Africa and some for at least ninety days. Check with your local travel agent if you require a visa to South Africa or the country where the programme is taking place.
